Comet Talks & Walks
Comet Walks are the outdoor companion to Comet Talks, offering guided explorations of the natural and cultural landscapes of Northern Arizona.
All Comet Talks and Walks are free and open to the public. Recordings of recent talks are available on the CCC YouTube channel.

- Do I need to apply to CCC to take a Community Education course?
No. Community Education courses are open to the community and do not require a CCC application or enrollment. Simply register for the course you want to take and show up.
- Do Community Education courses count toward a degree or certificate?
No. Community Education courses are non-credit and cannot be applied toward a CCC degree, certificate, or transfer pathway. If you are interested in credit-bearing programs, visit the Degrees and Certificates page.
- How much do Community Education courses cost?
Course fees vary depending on the offering. Many Comet Talks and public events are free. Workshops and multi-session courses typically have a registration fee. Check the specific course page for current pricing.
