Academic Affairs’ organizational structures are necessary to manage change in an ever-evolving education environment. To achieve positive change, processes are established to ensure the continuous intellectual growth and improvement of education endeavors at Coconino Community College. These processes require individuals in academic affairs to take responsibility for the progression and innovation of academic organizational structures.
